Sankalp runs the mock interview panels that every graduating student passes through — staffed by alumni and practising managers rather than classmates, which is what makes them useful.

Its policy lab drafts and critiques real workplace policies, and the CHRO conversation series brings serving people leaders in for unscripted sessions.
