MBA Specialization 03
Human Resources
track
Talent acquisition, organisational behaviour, compensation design and HR analytics.
HR is taught here as a quantitative function. Retention, compensation and performance all generate data, and the specialisation trains students to argue for people decisions with evidence.
The track is led by faculty who run people functions in practice, including a serving CHRO, and is supported by the Sankalp club’s mock panels and campus hiring simulations.
